Classes have begun, and Happy Mother’s Day!

Well today was the first day of classes at LVS, and I may have bitten off more than I can chew, lol. In addition to teaching Desktop Publishing with PrintShop, I’m taking 2 photography classes, Painter AutoPainting Palettes, and Blogging for Fun, Fame and Fortune, a new class this session.

Fortunately for my schedule (if not for my wallet *G*), I only have one student enrolled in my class. She is moving over from PrintMaster to PrintShop and has commented that so far, many of the functions in PrintShop seem similar to those in PrintMaster. Since I haven’t used PrintMaster for several years, I wasn’t aware of that because the last time I used that program several of the functions worked quite differently than those in PrintShop. It will be interesting to see if the similarities continue as the weeks go by.

One of the reasons I’m taking the new blogging class is so I can learn to tweak this blogging template and add things to it like an image gallery. I would very much like to show my readers some of the lovely card embellishments they can learn to add to their personal greeting cards by taking my class.

A Happy Mother’s Day to all of you out there who have earned it through your labor and your love.
