WOW – how cool is that? Bean, great job on you efforts to get Lorelle as a guest instructor for the Blogging for Fun, Fame and Fortune class at LVS Online this coming session! I’ll have to make a point to pop into your classroom that week – let me know which one hey?

    • Bean says:

Lorelle will be the guest instructor on week 6. Mark J Carter will be the guest instructor on week 4 & 5.
You will definitely want to sneak your head in on all three weeks!

  2. Bean says:

I will be meeting with Lorelle later today to finalize the schedule. By the end of the weekend I will be able to post which week and she will be teaching and what her topic will be.
I am so delighted that she offered to be a guest instructor this session!

Hi Bean – I haven’t been here in a while and was thinking it was time not to re-enlist in this blogging army – that you had seen enough of me, or not enough, depending on how you view that.

And thanks for reminding us to do the latest upgrade to WP. I had JUST done an upgrade so skipped it. So now I did it.

On another note, I have noticed a large number of people in this group, including me, Anita, others, have August birthdays. Happy one to you! We are a firey group.

Thanks for the birthday wishes! We are a fiery group for sure. Passionate about life, art and sharing our passions with the world.

I’m so thrilled to be participating, Bean – and everyone! We’re going to have a great time.

While Bean has an agenda for me, I’d love to know what you want to know during our week together? If you haven’t learned yet, the web, especially the blogosphere, is based upon interactivity and sharing, so I’m ready for whatever you are ready for! We’re going to have a great time. Can’t wait to meet everyone.

I’ve also been told by a fairy friend of mine that this class is expected to sell out fast, so if you aren’t registered soon, you’re going to miss out on one of the hottest classes here in a long time! :D

    Hi Bean and Lorelle,

As Bean requested, I am posting what I would like to see Lorelle address in her guest session for LVS Blogging for fun fame and fortune. Bean alerted me to Woopra back in the beginning when I needed a special key to get from from Lorelle. While I love the program I am sure that I am not getting the most out of it. So that would be my #1 wish from the Fairy Godmother — more on Woopra. I just know there are things i don’t know or use at this point.

I really don’t have any specific requests regarding the focus of material presented … as I’m sure that everything that Lorelle will be sharing will be very interesting and educational. I am really looking forward to this entire session of the BFFF Blogging Studio. I’m sure it is going to be the best session yet! Thanks, Bean, for always going above and beyond to make this a ‘fantastic’ class.

  8. Carla Dawn says:

Well, I feel a little out of my depth with this class. It is not my blog per se that I want to make money with directly, but my product. I have committed to blogging as often as I can.
So really, for me with blogging is a tool to grow my business to the point where I can hire more help, either to blog or sell or make patterns or promote or sew. All of it or part of it, whatever. I want to expose my work to potential customers or partners, be it a sales rep, or agent to an opportunity to grow the business properly from outside ie: partnership, licensing, distribution, manufacturing or via a design, or other creative collaboration.

I would like to enjoy it more, and get better at it, so it is not so much of a struggle. Which is what learning (and retaining!) the endless platforms, Facebook, Twitter, Word Press, etc. has become for me.

I would like to come out of this more comfortable with the whole process.

    Hi Lorelle!
I don’t have any specific questions, either. I’m currently one *stuck* blogger. My blog was to be about my photographs and fractal-based images and about talking with folks in the comments area, but both technical and medical obstacles are, at the least, temporarily in the way. I’d like to end up with a photo gallery and a fractal image gallery at some point. I’ve bookmarked your post about plugins for graphics and will be using it with the info I have from classes here to try and revamp my blog, perhaps find a way to monetize something about it.

I look forward to the lessons you and Mark are adding to our experience here, thanks!
    cheers,
    pete s.
