		<description>I&#039;m delighted you addressed the fact that blogs, unless otherwise dictated, ARE in the public domain - some people evidently &quot;forget&quot; about that - and that you referenced someone who lost their employment due to what was, no doubt, intended to never be seen by the employer, or another employee, nor was it expected to be used against this individual as cause for discharge.

Some folks have become a little too free divulging personal information.  With regard to disseminating personal opinions, that&#039;s all fine and well as we have that right in this country; one just needs to be somewhat cautious about overextending that right publicly as there may be consequences.</description>
