Second week of LVS Online Classes January session

January 17th, 2009 lvs

We are into our second week of the January 2009 session – how time flies! Everyone seems to be settled into their classrooms – even several of our late registrations.

We have a lot of resources available for students, as well as visitors. For most students, we offer a free LVS hosting account and/or use of the Student Upload Area (SUA). That information is provided in the classrooms. Be sure to use your classroom message board to communicate with your instructor and fellow classmates – the more participation, the more fun the class is!

LVS also offers a hosting account for $24.95 (incudes domain name registration) exclusively for LVS students, as well as Web Hosting starting at $7.95 per month for the general public. Not only are the plans an excellent value, but the customer support is top-notch!

If you have some free time, you may want to consider taking a look at our FREE tutorials which include such topics as Directories and Paths, Basic HTML page, Dreamweaver Extension Manager, Resize Images With Irfanview, Saving and Opening PDF Files, Create Thumbnail Images with EasyThumb and much more!

The Windows Vista and Windows XP/98/ME classes are FREE at LVS Online. Instructor support and classroom message boards are provided. You may register for these FREE classes anytime!

You may want to take a look at the LVS student library. There are free downloads for Paint Shop Pro and Photoshop, as well as class projects on display.

Our self study classes are always open for registration at a discounted rate and can be joined at any time. Self study courses includes everything from eBay, to Reiki, to Microsoft Office products, to the popular Digital Photography classes, to Seed Starting for Home Gardeners, and much much more.
